How fast will my order ship?+
Orders placed before 16:00 CET on business days are dispatched the same day. EU delivery typically arrives within 2–5 business days.
What is your return policy?+
30 days to return unused items in original packaging. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt.
How do I find my size?+
Each product page links to our Size Guide. For our compression fits, take your normal size — they are designed to sit close to the body.
Do you ship worldwide?+
We currently ship across the EU and UK. Worldwide shipping is coming soon.

Modest performance wear for men and women is in active development. Join the newsletter to get early access when it drops.
Are your shakers BPA-free?+
Yes. The Pro Shaker is BPA-free, leak-proof, and dishwasher-safe.
How do I care for my compression shirt?+
Wash cold inside-out, do not tumble dry, no fabric softener. This preserves the performance fabric and compression.
